We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our room was very well appointed & with a fabulous view.
Positive: The fabulous location at the viaduct basin which has a great view and various choices of restaurants & bars.
Our room was beautifully presented & decorated with plenty of space.

Well equipped kitchen.
Very clean. Really comfortable beds.
Great communication with the owner.
Great area for restaurants and day cruises. Quite a noisy area, but when doors are closed quite soundproof.
Had Hobart vibes.
Negative: I didn’t like that early check-in would cost more money when we checked out at 3:30am. 7 hours early.
We waited around with our bags.
Later found out that there is a baggage storage place near the water only a few minutes walk.
