Extravagant Escape

Positive: Location, modern, spacious. Negative: Nothing...

Positive: It was very comfortable and nice. Negative: The property itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential for a great stay. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the customer service. Annabelle (who I believe may be the owner or manager) was consistently unhelpful and unprofessional in her communication with us. There were incorrect instructions on the app for check-in, and when we called the provided number for assistance, she was dismissive and rude. I initially thought it might have just been a bad moment, but the same attitude continued every time we reached out for help, which made the stay unnecessarily stressful. While the place itself was lovely, the lack of courtesy and professionalism from management means I would not choose to stay here again.

Positive: Communication excellent. Great location and very clean. Negative: Would of appreciated some more towels. There were only two. Also possibly a heater... air con system a bit slow and archaic and when you coming in late and soaking wet some instant heat would be much apprecisted.

Perfect place on the viaduct, space is very spacious and clean!! Will book again Positive: clean, apartment was bigger than expected which was nice!! Beautifully clean and easy access to property
