Negative: The accommodation itself was comfortable, but the booking process felt more complicated than necessary, with a lot of back-and-forth before everything was confirmed. To be fair, we didn't realize that being 18 and not 20 was an issue, this is stated in the description of the hotel room and something we missed. We also didn't realize it wasn't a hotel room (through an actual hotel) we were booking but rather a private air b and b, therefore we should have asked for our money back before even entering the premises due to this as we definitely felt discriminated against and unwanted against from the start. During our stay, there was some minor accidental damage for which we were charged. While we accept that paying for damage is reasonable, we felt the cost applied was excessive for what it was. It left us with the impression that the property takes a very strict approach to any incident, no matter how small and again that we were clearly being discriminated against. If you plan to stay, I would recommend documenting the room thoroughly when you arrive and taking extra care during your stay, just to avoid any nasty surprises. And go with your gut, if you feel like there is any suspicion of discrimination during the booking process stay clear as it will back fire. All in all, I wished we had been told that we were unwanted and handed back our money back from the start (once we all realized that this accommodation has a requirement of being 20) because that's clearly all there was to it. We would have happily found somewhere else to stay for the just under $1000 it ended up costing us for the 4 of us. Expensive lesson of discrimination learnt.

It was a lovely stay and I would stay again if I need accommodation in the city. Positive: The apartment was lovely; clean, warm and comfortable. I liked the layout of the facilities. Loved that I could enjoy a hot soak in the bath too. Negative: It was difficult to work out where to get from the carpark to the apartment. Quite frustrating going around in circles and very relieved when we did eventually find our apartment. However we were familiar with getting in and out by the time we checked out on Sunday morning.

Negative: Vraiment désolant de voir le temps qu'il a fallu pour obtenir un pass pour le parking. Ah oui le paiement par conte de suite encaissé mais le pass s'est laissé désiré. Chance que nous ayons eu u e connaissance sinon je pense que ce pass de parking ne nous aurez jamais été transmis. Merci

Only good for a place to sleep. Wouldn't want to be in the room for anything other than that. Positive: Good location. Negative: Pathetic shower. This is 2 beds in a room not a 2 bedroom apartment. Park next door otherwise the host will rip you off trying to charge you more

Positive: Breakfast was lovely Negative: Messing around picking up keys. I had trouble getting locked box open.
