Positive: The location was good. Walking distance to restaurants Negative: The key pickup method was impossible. Had to park, repark fight the traffic and one way streets and the car park was at the bottom of the road and if you weren't notified of this, you would have missed the entrance and have to do the 15 mins drive around the one way system all over again. Then coming out of the building on foot was a mission it's like a maze. Also the garage door didn't work on the way out so had to wait for a kindly stranger to come out. Then had to go back up to the room to drop off the keys. I see the key issue has been going on for years so don't foresee improvement soon. We spent doing this forever and missed out on precious relaxation time so didn't notice what it was like inside the facility. Just slept and left the following day

My new favourite place to stay in Auckland! Highly recommended Positive: Everything! Negative: Having to get the key from a different location was a bit of a faff but the instructions were super clear. Fortunately we had a car so it wasn’t too bad and definitely worth it for the stay.
