Health hazard do not stay here.
Positive: The location
Negative: Dirty health hazard blood found on pillows and on mattress. Pubic hair and stains on Mattress protector. No pillow protecors just revolting Cups so dirty I could not use them.
The people who manage property did nothing despite promising a cleaning crew to come in (that did not come) all they did was drop off extra towels and collect the pillow but did not provide gloves to do so. They promised cleaning fee refund of $160 but backed out.
The kitchen was filthy, I had to clean just to use, the toilet had stains on it. This is a health hazard. I will attach photos.
They sent wide angle shots of apartment to claim it was clean, of course not showing the blood, or floors etc. Even when I zoomed in on the photo's they sent you can see some of the dirt.
There was also a broken toilet seat. I am going to to notify booking.com and probably will notify MOH as blood contamination should be taken seriously. There are more photos including my constant text requests to property managers who did NOTHING. Did not even provide gloves for pillows to be taken.
They initally said they would refund cleaning fee but are backing out of this now. To have paid a $160 cleaning fee is unbelievable. PLEASE do not put the health of your loved ones at risk by staying here.
Also like in other reviews the check in process is a joke. You have to go to two seperate locations and the instructions given to find parking are laughable. We drove around for 90min trying to find location of parking as we were not told it was attached to property.
The managers are Katie completley fobbed me off saying that the owner was some "big wig at NZ Dairy Company" so we were lucky to get the apartment. WELL if this is the case he should know that blood contamination is very dangerous. They said that the owner had refused to refund anything.
UPDATE: They have just illegally charged my credit card with an extra cleaning as they said I had covid?

Wonderful apartment for short or long stay,
Positive: Great Location, easy check in/out process, tastefully decorated.
Negative: No pods for the coffee machine - however Teas were provided.

Positive: Spacious 2 bed 2 bath, kitchen, living, and an amazing large comfortable patio.
Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the spa, pool, and weights, the facilities were wonderful.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage.
Positive: Lage prima, Ausstattung prima, ideal für mehrere Personen.
Negative: Die Schlüsselübergabe und der gesamte Ein- und Auscheck-Prozess lief per E-Mail. Die Angaben zum WLAN in den übermittelten Informationen waren fehlerhaft. Der gesamte Prozess war nicht in Gänze verständlich.
