Great stay. Key retrieval was a problem for me Positive: Clean and comfortable Negative: Major pain in the ass for us having to go get key. Time and money

A lovely apartment in great location - would recommend but could improve communication re check in. Positive: Great location in downtown Auckland within walking distance of Queen Street and Viaduct. Supermarket over the road. Lovely views of the harbour, apartment well furnished and clean. Secure parking included. Negative: The contactless check in process was terrible. We had advised the property of our arrival time and were supposed to be given instructions at that time but received nothing. We had to source a contact number only to be told our apartment wasn’t ready (an hour after our expected arrival) and “could we go and have a coffee somewhere!” Very inconvenient getting access at 6pm after a long day of travel and needing to shower and change before going out. The least they could have done would be let us know prior so we weren’t left stranded trying to figure out what to do. We were offered a late check out but that was of no use to us as we had to leave early on departure day. All in all, it spoilt what should have been a great stay. More towels provided for a longer stay would be nice. We only had one each for 4 nights and we had to use one of those to mop the floor from a leaky toilet cistern😬

Positive: Quiet, clean and close to cbd/ university

good location, shops were nearby, clean and comfy bed, loved!
