Nice property on water front. Positive: The property was nice and clean. Very comfortable for three adults. Beds were comfortable too. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Needs kitchen soap and not enough toilet paper for 4.5 days. I did not know where to take out trash. The location is great but late night partiers made so much noise all night long. Hard to sleep.

Positive: The suite was gorgeous, well maintained and beautifully furnished and location excellent. Negative: Check in process. Was asked to pay more for early checkin and carpark not available till 3pm checkin time.

It was great. I will stay here again. Just wouldn’t bring the whole family. Positive: Well presented. Was tidy…. A small place but tidy and perfect location. Had been renovated on a budget and was interested to see stickers still on cabinet doors from when they were made etc but it did not effect our stay one bit. Negative: It’s expensive for a cozy little place but it’s also downtown Auckland so you come to expect that.
