Positive: Where it is situated.
Negative: Loved everything.
Maybe include the cleaning fee in with the advertised price. Not have to have it pop up before you pay the total

If you like paying a lot of extra fees and only getting some of your questions answered - this is the place for you!
Positive: Location
Negative: Not able to get help when needed and there are a lot of extra fees - even for extra towels - you only get one person. Things to clean dishes were gross and no dishwashing liquid. The dryer was also junk.
