Perfect to walk around viaduct and into downtown Auckland Positive: Location wonderful Super outside deck to lounge Negative: Noisy in the late evening from the surrounding bars

Positive: Fantastic location in the heart of the viaduct. Noise was not an issue for our family as the place all double glazed etc, but if a person was "super" sensitive to any sort of noise at night, then it could be an issue for them. For us, it was absolutely perfect.

Positive: Was in a perfect location, restaurants right on your doorstep as well as close to queen street. The view from the apartment is amazing right onto the water. Was a good location for us, however been right on top of bars and restaurants that then go into nightclubs music was playing till early morning so can be a bit loud but wasn't a major for us. Negative: Can't really fault anything, the apartment was just like the photos even better.

Love the place and the city Positive: Like everything! Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect!
